Guest Speakers
Guest Speakers Beth Crawford & David Rudd will speak on the Arts & Crafts movement’s deep roots in Central New York and its influence on the development of Eastwood, where Gustav Stickley’s first furniture factory was located. Beth Crawford is the lead designer on the ongoing restoration of Gustav Stickley’s house here in Syracuse (widely believed to be the first Arts & Crafts interior built in the U.S.) and a longtime Eastwood resident. David Rudd has owned and operated Dalton’s American Decorative Arts in Eastwood since 1980 and is a nationally respected expert on the history of Stickley and the Arts & Crafts movement.
Doors open at 6:30, program starts at 7:30.
