Located behind Huntington Elementary and accessed off of Caleb Ave from Stafford Ave, the East Woods Skate Plaza was built and opened in 2014.

Second Saturday Skateboard Sessions
Presented in partnership with Syracuse Parks & Rec
ENA and Syracuse Parks and Rec jointly offered skateboard skills workshops from 9:00 - 11:00 AM on the second Saturday of each month from May - September 2023. Some photos from those workshops are included here.
Police Activates League Skateboard Workshop
Held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the East Woods Skate Plaza
Skate Park Committee co-chair, Justin Keskin, & Jordan McGriff worked with PAL to put on a Skateboarding Clinic. Jordan & Justin worked on fundamentals with the group! The kids had a great time. Jordan McGriff who works for VANS surprised all the kids with some VANS swag: Sneakers, Hats, and clothing! Thank you Jordan and VANS for your surprise gift!
Beastwood II: The Reckoning
Skate Exhibition held Saturday, September 24, 2022. Big thank you to Assemblyman William Magnarelli for securing a state grant for new bleachers at the skate park. And thank you to Wool and Flower Skate Shop for donating prizes. Photos below!
