The Eastwood Community Garden is a member of Syracuse Grows. Syracuse Grows is a grassroots network that cultivates food justice through advocacy, education, and resources in support of urban food production.

Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Onondaga County office is a great source of information on gardening.

If you aren’t making your own compost, you can purchase it from OCRRA. You can also drop off food waste with them to be composted. Their site also has helpful info for DIY composters.
